The profile per employee
Within the Learned platform, you can guide your employee using various modules. To easily keep an overview of what each employee is doing, we have developed a special profile for each employee that you can work with as an admin.
Go via your profile picture (bottom left) to the Members page. Then click on an employee.
What can I see in this profile?
Depending on the modules set up in your Learned environment, you will see the following in the employee's profile:
Reviews: Here you will find all reviews of this employee. Clicking on a review will take you to this employee's review report.
1:1s: Here you will find all 1:1 conversations of this employee with coaches and/or colleagues. Again, you can click on this and you will be taken to the 1:1 conversation.
Goals: Here you will see all the goals the employee is working on.
Onboard & Learn (optional): Here you will find the activities and/or learning paths the employee is working on. Note: You will only see this tab if you have purchased this module.
Career: Here you will find information on when the employee started working at the organisation, what job profile the employee has, and what the ambition is. You also have the option to link the employee to another job profile on this page.
Settings: Here you will find personal information of the employee, which team the employee is in, which team the employee may be a coach of, and whether this employee has Admin rights in Learned. On this page, you can also make changes for this employee regarding teams, coach of teams and Admin rights.
