Team dashboard in Learned

Within the Learned platform, as a coach you can guide your employees using various modules. To easily keep an overview as a coach, you have a Team dashboard where you can easily view the profiles of your team members and thus also have quick insight into what each team member is working on. In addition, if the organisation also works with Learned's Engagement product, the coach also has an overview in the Team dashboard of the Engagement percentage within the team, the top 3 best scoring themes and the 3 lowest scoring themes.

To access the Team dashboard, click on 'Team' (bottom left).

How do I get to the profile per employee?

In the Team dashboard, you can see your team and team members on the left-hand side. If you are a coach of multiple teams, you will see your different teams listed below each other and you can click on a team to see the team members of that team.

From this page, you can easily click on one of your team members to view their profile.

What can I see in this profile?

  1. Conversations: A total overview of all development reviews that you conducted with the employee.

  2. Meetings: A total overview of all 1:1s and team meetings you have had with the employee.

  3. Goals: Which business goals and learning goals is the employee working on?

  4. Onboard & Learn: Which learning paths and other learning resources does the employee work on?

  5. Career path: What is the current role and desired future role of the employee?

  6. Notes: Here you can keep private notes that can only be seen by you as coach.

What can I do in this profile?

On each tab you have the option to easily perform the following actions:

  1. Create a new business goal and learning goal.

  2. Assign a separate learning resource, such as a course or article, to the employee.

  3. Create a new review (when enabled). Note: As coach you can only create review for individual employees from your team. The Admin can create reviews for the entire organisation.

  4. Create a new employee learning path. You can also duplicate an existing learning path and add the employee to it.

  5. Schedule a new 1:1.
