In this article we show how you can manage the number of conversations as an Admin.

Within the Learned platform we facilitate various options for setting up your conversation cycle. Having frequent 1-1 conversations is an important part of this. That is why we want to give you, as Admin, insight into the number of conversations conducted over time and per team.

The dashboards in Learned

When you click on Reports bottom left, you simply click through to '1-1's'. Here you see a graph of the number of conversations made per month. With the filters above the chart you can set a term, or filter on specific teams to see the development in the number of conversations over time.

At the bottom of the page, you will see a dashboard in which the number of conversations per team is highlighted. You see the number of members of the team and here you can also use different sorting and filtering options.

Tip: You can easily export all data with which these dashboards are drawn up to CSV with the button at the top right of the screen.
