In this article we will show you how you can get started with the Learning report as an Admin

When working with the Learning module in Learned, you have the option to create various activities and learning paths and make them available for the organisation. Besides that, as an Admin, you have insight into various data through the Learning report.

The Learning Report

To view the Learning report, go to Reports bottom left in the menu - Learning report. From here you will see a dashboard where you can see at a glance how many activities and how many learning paths have been created and how many activities have been completed. You have the option to customise the period using the dropdown at the top right.

Furthermore, you have access to the following data in the report:

  • Teams:

    For each team, you can see how many members are on the team, the average completed activities per member of the team, and how many activities have been completed in this team.

  • Members:

    Per employee, you can see here how many activities they have completed.

  • Activities:

    In this overview, you can see how many users are participating in the activity, the average progress and how many users have completed the activity.

  • Paths:

    In this overview, you can see how many users are following the learning path, what the average progress is and how many user have completed the learning path.

In each tab you have the option to click on the column name and apply a filter:

Note: in each tab you have the option to run a CSV export.
