Besides you as Admin having the ability to create conversation rounds for the whole company, you also have the option to let employees create their own development conversations.

You can do this by going to your profile picture bottom left, then go to the Plan page - Performance and click on Settings.

Here you will see the option to enable for users to create conversations themselves.
