When you are invited to a survey, you can view your results from that survey within the respective survey. In addition to viewing results at the survey level, you can also use the Engagement report to compare different surveys and themes over a longer period. In this article, we explain what you can see in the Engagement report and how to work with it.
Engagement report for employee
As an employee, you can view your own Engagement in a report. You can do this via the Report button at the bottom left of the menu.
You can view your own Engagement report in two different ways:
Over time: Here, you will see a timeline of your Engagement score. If you have completed multiple surveys, you will see how your score has changed over time. This allows you to view your score at a glance over a period. You can also compare your score with that of your team and the entire organization. These comparison scores are displayed as dotted lines in the report.
Per theme: Here, you can see your scores for each theme. In this view, you also have the option to compare your scores with those of your team or the entire organization.
Setting dimensions and filters for your Engagement report
When working with your Engagement report, you have several options that you can adjust via the sidebar on the right.
Compare your scores with the score of your team or company.
Or filter on time, theme, team and/or survey.
π‘: Click on 'About' for more information about the report and its settings.
