Templates: Examples such as performance appraisals, year-end interviews, or interviews at the end of the probationary period.
Surveys
Themes: Contain questions that measure sentiment from employees regarding an internal issue for the organization. Topics include diversity, workload, and leadership.
Templates: Mainly used for Employee Satisfaction Surveys, mood measures, or onboarding evaluations.
