How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Step-by-step instructions to cancel your subscription safely and avoid future charges.

If you no longer need your Lebesgue subscription, you can cancel it at any time. The cancellation process depends on whether you are using Shopify, WooCommerce, or a standalone (non-eCommerce) account. Follow the steps below to downgrade to the Free plan and complete the cancellation.


Step 1: Downgrade to the Free Plan in Lebesgue

  1. Log into the App

    • Start by logging into your Lebesgue account.

  2. Go to Settings

    • Click on the Settings icon at the very bottom of the dark blue sidebar.


  3. Open the Pricing Section

    • In the expanded sidebar, click on "Pricing".


  4. Select the Free Plan

    • Scroll to the Free Plan option and click "Change Plan" to downgrade.


If you're using Lebesgue as a standalone app (without Shopify/WooCommerce), this step completes your cancellation—no further action is needed.



Step 2: Uninstall Lebesgue from Shopify or WooCommerce

For users who installed Lebesgue via Shopify or WooCommerce, you must also uninstall the app from your store to stop any future charges.

For Shopify Users:

  1. Open your Shopify Admin Panel.

  2. Go to Apps > Find Lebesgue.

  3. Click Uninstall App and confirm.

For WooCommerce Users:

  1. Open your WordPress Dashboard.

  2. Go to Plugins > Find Lebesgue.

  3. Click Deactivate, then Delete the plugin.
