At Lebesgue, we prioritize data privacy and security. Once you disconnect your account or cancel your subscription, your data is permanently deleted from our system. This ensures that no historical data is stored beyond your active subscription period.
What Happens When You Cancel Your Subscription?
If you downgrade to the Free plan, your data remains accessible within the Free plan's limitations.
If you disconnect your account completely, all stored data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
For Shopify and WooCommerce users, uninstalling the app will automatically trigger data removal.
For standalone (non-eCommerce) accounts, moving to the Free plan will keep basic account access but remove premium features and data history.
If you plan to return to Lebesgue in the future and want to retain your historical data, we recommend reaching out to our support team before canceling.
