It combines a critical actions dashboard, a comprehensive case list with advanced filtering, and the ability to create new cases, enabling legal professionals to efficiently manage their caseload from a single screen.

Key Features
Creating a New Case
Users can create a new case directly from the Cases Homepage by clicking the + New Case button located at the top right-hand side of the page. This opens a modal window where the following details are entered:
Required Fields:
Client Name – The name of the client for the new case
Case Type – Selected from a drop-down list of available case types, including:
Personal Injury
Conveyancing
Family Law
Commercial
Criminal
Other case types as configured
Optional Fields:
Case Description – A free-text description of the case
Fee Earner – The fee earner to be assigned to the case
Priority – The priority level of the case (Normal, High, or Urgent)
Estimated Value – The estimated financial value of the case
Target Completion Date – The expected date by which the case should be completed
Send Client Care Automatically – A checkbox option to automatically send the client care letter upon case creation
Completing Case Creation:
Once all required fields have been populated, click the Complete Required Fields button to create the case. The newly created case will appear in the case list on the Cases Homepage.

Getting Started
Navigate to the Cases tab to view the Cases Homepage.
Review the Critical Case Actions Dashboard for any urgent items.
Browse the case list using the available tabs (My Open Cases, Favourites, Recents).
Try applying filters to locate specific cases.
Create a new case using the + New Case button.

Review the Critical Case Actions Dashboard daily to stay on top of urgent tasks
Use the Favourites tab to bookmark frequently accessed cases
Create custom filters for case views you use regularly
