Navigating to the Cases Homepage
Click the Cases tab in the left-hand side navigation panel.
The Cases Homepage will load displaying the Critical Case Actions Dashboard at the top and the full case list below.
Actioning a High Priority Task
Locate the task in the Critical Case Actions Dashboard at the top of the page.
Click the large Action button on the task card to action the task directly.
Alternatively, click the Three Dot Menu (…) for additional options:

Draft a Response
Schedule a Meeting

Viewing and Navigating the Case List
Select the appropriate tab at the top of the case list:
• My Open Cases for all current open cases
• Favourites for bookmarked cases
• Recents for recently accessed cases
Click on any case in the list to open it and navigate to the Case Overview screen.
Filtering the Case List
Click the Three Dot Menu (…) above the case list.
Select a pre-defined filter from the available options (Urgent, Due This Week, High WIP, Overdue, Deadlines Today, No Activity 7+ Days, Missing Documents, or Pending Payments).
To create a custom filter, click Create Custom Filter and configure the filter name, icon, field, operation, and value.
Creating a New Case
Click the + New Case button at the top right-hand side of the page.
Enter the Client Name in the modal window that appears.
Select the Case Type from the drop-down list.
Enter an optional Case Description if required.
Select the Fee Earner to assign to the case (optional).
Choose the Priority (Normal, High, or Urgent).
Enter the Estimated Value (optional).
Select the Target Completion Date (optional).
Tick the Send Client Care Automatically checkbox if client care should be sent upon creation.
Click Complete Required Fields to create the case.
The new case will now appear in the case list on the Cases Homepage.
Configuration Options
User Preferences
Users can customise their Cases Homepage experience:
Mark cases as favourites for quick access via the Favourites tab
Create and save custom filters for personalised case list views
Mark cases as urgent to highlight them in the filter options
System Settings
Administrators can configure:
Available case types in the new case creation drop-down
Default columns displayed in the case list
Pre-defined filter options and criteria
Client care automation settings
Priority level definitions
