Accessing the Audit Trail
The Audit Trail tab is accessed through the following navigation path:
Open a case from the Cases Homepage.
Click the Audit Trail tab in the case navigation panel.
The Audit Trail page loads displaying the insights dashboard and the full audit trail for the case.
