Open a case from the Cases Homepage.

Click the Audit Trail tab in the case navigation panel.

The Audit Trail page will load displaying the insights dashboard, AI summary, and full audit trail.

Review the Total Entries panel to see the volume of audit trail activity in the last seven days.

Check the Action Required panel for any items needing urgent attention.

Review the Client/Third Party Decisions panel for entries related to external decisions.

Check the Warnings panel for any potential compliance issues flagged by the AI algorithm.

Locate the AI Summary section below the insights dashboard.

Review the text summary for notable updates, critical upcoming tasks, and items requiring immediate attention.

Filter by Entry Type: select Field Changes Only, Tasks Only, or All Entries.

Filter by Time Period: select Today, This Week, or This Month.

Filter by Individual User: select the specific user to view their entries only.

Filter by Action Type: select whether to show task creations or other action types.

Locate the entry in the audit trail list.

Click on the entry to open the detailed view.

Review the full description of what was changed or actioned.

For field changes, review the Change Comparison showing the previous value and the new value side by side.
