The Audit Trail page contains three primary sections: the Critical Analysis & Insights Dashboard, the AI Summary, and the Full Audit Trail.
1. Critical Analysis & Insights Dashboard
Location: Top of the Audit Trail page
Purpose: Provide an at-a-glance overview of key audit trail metrics and AI-surfaced insights.
Dashboard Panels:
The dashboard contains four summary panels:
Total Entries (Last 7 Days) – Displays the total number of audit trail entries recorded in the last seven days
Action Required – Highlights any items within the audit trail or fields that require urgent attention
Client/Third Party Decisions – Shows entries that are related to client or third-party decisions
Warnings – Flags potential compliance issues identified within the audit trail
The Warnings and Action Required panels are surfaced using an AI algorithm that analyses audit trail entries to detect potential issues and items requiring attention.
2. AI Summary

Purpose: Provide a concise, AI-generated text summary of the audit trail for the case.
Information Displayed:
Notable Updates – Significant changes or activities that have occurred on the case

3. Full Audit Trail
