Note: You'll need Master user permissions on your profile to access the account settings and module setup.
To change the settings of tasks in the Audits module, follow the steps below:
From the panel on the left, click Account Settings.
Click Tasks Setup then click Audits.
From the Allow this task to be skipped drop-down, select the user group.
From the Allow this task to be skipped for custom task select the user group.
Alternatively, select Disable skip.From the Corrective Action to be performed by drop-down, select the user group.
Within Default corrective action completed within (days), type the default amount of days the assigned user is required to complete the corrective action task.
From the Allow corrective action completed within override drop-down, select Yes or No.
From the Enable verify corrective action drop-down, select Yes or No.

Tip: Select yes to ensure the verify corrective action task is selected by default on all audits.From the Allow Verify Corrective Action to be performed by drop-down, select a user group.
From the Default Close Audit on Complete drop-down select Yes or No.
From the Allow Close on Complete change by drop-down select the user group.
From the Initial Corrective Action mandatory drop-down select Yes or No.
From the Completed corrective action mandatory drop-down select Yes or No.
From the Verified corrective action mandatory drop-down, select Yes or No
Click Default users to notify then select which user(s) to notify of any Audit module tasks.
Click Save.
