Legal Nodes currently offers two plans:

  • Growth Plan

  • Support Plan

Please note: New clients must start on a Growth Plan and may switch to a Support Plan at a later stage. Support Plans are only available to clients who have built their legal structure with Legal Nodes.

The Growth Plan provides businesses with a monthly credit allowance for legal services, offering flexibility to address various legal needs. This plan is ideal for companies with fluctuating legal requirements throughout the year.

The Support Plan caters to businesses with established legal structures, offering ongoing legal support, regular compliance checks, and access to a dedicated legal team. It ensures companies remain compliant with changing regulations while maintaining their current legal framework.

The Growth Plan

This plan is best for businesses just starting their legal structuring or needing to update their legal structure by adding new companies.

What can we help with via the Growth Plan?

Here's a summary of the Growth Plan features:

  • Business scope: 1 project with up to 3 users

  • Legal support: Legal Projects preparation, support from VLOs via your Legal Nodes account, and weekly VLO calls

  • Platform benefits: Legal Nodes account with Legal Board and Planner, 24-hour VLO response time

  • Credit system: 10 credits included each month (unused credits don't roll over), option to purchase extra credits

  • Additional perks: VLO suggestions for legal requests, support with add-ons, and access to company registration in 20+ countries

  • Note: Legal Q&A sessions (30 mins) can be purchased for 3 credits per session

The Growth Plan costs $899/month if paid quarterly ($2,697 per quarter) or $999/month if paid monthly. Prices exclude VAT. A one-time onboarding fee of $600 may apply. Learn more about our onboarding process.

The Support Plan

This plan is ideal for businesses with established legal structures that need assistance maintaining them and keeping up with regulatory updates and compliance requirements.

What assistance does the Support Plan offer?

Here's a summary of the Support Plan features:

  • Business scope: 1 project with up to 3 users

  • Legal support: Legal Project maintenance and weekly VLO calls (optional)

  • Platform benefits: Legal Nodes account with Legal Board and Planner, 24-hour VLO response time

  • Credit system: 5 credits included each month (unused credits don't roll over), option to purchase extra credits

  • Additional perks: VLO suggestions for legal requests, selected add-ons available

  • Note: Legal Q&A sessions (30 mins) can be purchased for 3 credits per session

The Support Plan costs $499/month if paid quarterly ($1,497 per quarter) or $599/month if paid monthly. Prices exclude VAT.
