You have up to 1 hour to cancel your order upon placing it

Steps

Click on your order number in the "My Orders" section
Click on "Cancel order" at the top right corner:

OR

Go to your order email confirmation
Click on "You can track its preparation by clicking here." which will bring you to the Order View Platform
Click on the "Cancel Order" button

Thanks to this feature, you don't need to write to our Customer Care team and wait for their reply if you realize something was missing or if you made a mistake placing your order.

Note that this is the only way to cancel an order.
