Returns and defects for orders placed on your Storefront (Retail)

Returns

In our efforts to reduce waste and decrease our environmental impact, embodying the values we truly believe in, we no longer accept returns on orders made on www.legaleriste.com or on your Storefront.

Everything we produce is made-to-order, meaning that every single item purchased is specifically made for you and returned items cannot be resold.

Our size charts have been updated to make it easier to order the perfect fit.

Defects

If the product your client received presents a defect, they can submit a “Report Defect Request” through the new “Report Defect” option available on the Order View platform.

  • ALL defect reports will now be managed through this practical new feature, which will allow you to submit photos and select the “type of defect”.

  • Note that if the product contains a defect, we’ll gladly replace it and send it the client's way at no extra cost. If, however, producing the item anew doesn’t allow for a better version of it, we’ll issue a credit.
