Although every single product goes through thorough Quality Control before leaving Le Galeriste, imperfections still happen at times.

Steps

If you notice a defect or a discrepancy in sizing with one of your products, you’ll need to simply submit a “Report Defect Request” through the “Report Defect” option available on the Order View platform.

  • ALL defect reports will now be managed through this practical feature, allowing you to submit photos and select the “type of defect”.

  • Note that if your product contains a defect, we’ll gladly replace it and send it your way at no extra cost. If, however, producing the item anew doesn’t allow for a better version of it, we’ll credit you.
