Steps
If you notice a defect or a discrepancy in sizing with one of your products, you’ll need to simply submit a “Report Defect Request” through the “Report Defect” option available on the Order View platform.
ALL defect reports will now be managed through this practical feature, allowing you to submit photos and select the “type of defect”.
Note that if your product contains a defect, we’ll gladly replace it and send it your way at no extra cost. If, however, producing the item anew doesn’t allow for a better version of it, we’ll credit you.
