[New] How to create and manage Third-Party Playbooks

1. Create a New Playbook

  1. Go to [Alert settings] β†’ [Playbook].

  2. Click [οΌ‹ Add Playbook].

  3. Enter the playbook name and click [Add].

Playbooks are displayed in the order they are created.

2. Create a New Playbook alert

  1. In your Playbook list, click [οΌ‹] on the right side of the Playbook where you want to add a Playbook alert.

  2. Fill in each field as needed:
    Click the down arrow next to [Supplementary information] to expand optional fields.

Description

Required/Optional

a: Playbook alert

Free text (max 800 characters). Write clear, specific review points in a YES/NO style.

Required

b: Importance

Choose: High / Medium / Low.

Optional

c: Model language

Free text (max 3,000 characters). Add your model clause or standard wording.

Optional

d:Fallback position

Free text (max 3,000 characters). Describe fallback negotiation positions.

Optional

e: Acceptable fallback language

Free text (max 3,000 characters). Example fallback wording.

Optional

f: Escalations or approvals

Free text (max 3,000 characters). Points to confirm with stakeholders.

Optional

g: Other

Free text (max 3,500 characters). Add any extra context or notes.

Optional

βœ… Only completed fields will appear in the Playbook review results.

3. Click [Save] to finish.

Each Playbook can contain up to 250 Playbook alerts.

3. Manage Playbooks and Playbook alerts

Edit a Playbook name

  1. Go to [Alert settings] β†’ [Playbook].

  2. Click […] β†’ [Edit] next to the Playbook.

  3. Update the name and click [Save].

Delete a Playbook

  1. Go to [Alert settings] β†’ [Playbook].

  2. Click […] β†’ [Delete] next to the Playbook.

  3. Confirm and click [Delete].

⚠️ Deleting a Playbook will also delete all Playbook alerts it contains. This cannot be undone.

Edit a Playbook alert

  1. Open the Playbook with the Playbook alert you want to edit.

  2. Click […] β†’ [Edit] next to the Playbook alert.

  3. Update the fields as needed and click [Save].

Copy a Playbook alert to another Playbook

  1. Open the Playbook with the Playbook alert.

  2. Click […] β†’ [Copy] next to the Playbook alert.

  3. Select the destination Playbook and click [Copy].

πŸ“Œ Copied Playbook alerts are independent. Changes made to one will not affect the other.

Move a Playbook alert to another Playbook

  1. Open the Playbook with the Playbook alert.

  2. Click […] β†’ [Move] next to the Playbook alert.

  3. Select the destination Playbook and click [Move].

Delete a Playbook alert

  1. Open the Playbook with the Playbook alert.

  2. Click […] β†’ [Delete] next to the Playbook alert.

  3. Confirm and click [Delete].

⚠️ Deleted Playbook alerts cannot be recovered.
