[New] How to duplicate an uploaded contract or My template

How to duplicate a contract or My template

  1. Open the [Contracts] or [My templates] list.

  2. Click the file you want to duplicate.

  3. In the file detail page, click [⋯] → [Duplicate the contract]
    or [Duplicate template to contract].

  4. From the dropdown, select the save location.
    Only locations where you have “Contributor” or higher permissions will be displayed.

  5. Click [Create].
    The screen will switch to the detail page for the duplicated contract or template.

💡 Info

  • If you duplicate an my template, the new file will be created as a contract.

  • The file type is always set to contract after duplication.

  • File format: Word (.docx) or PDF

  • Maximum file size: 100MB

(*) The duplicated item will be set with the current replication date and time.

(**) The user who duplicated the file will be set as the creator.

(***) The space specified during duplication will be assigned.
(****) The duplicated file will always be set to contract, regardless of the source file type.
