This article explains how to upload executed contracts in LegalOn.
Requirements
Module: Contract Management
Eligible Users: All users in a contracted tenant
Access Rights:
Administrator
Editor
Contributor (must have access rights to the destination folder)
File Type: PDF only (see [About Uploadable Files])
Upload an Executed Contract
From the Version List or Contracts List
Follow the steps in [Upload Files to Version List] or [Upload Files to Contracts List].
Assign the “Executed” status during or after upload.
To assign the status after upload, see [Edit Version Information].
From the Executed Contracts List
Open the [Executed contracts] list.
Upload a file or folder using one of the following methods:
The file will appear in the list once the upload is complete. If not, refresh the page.
⚠️ Notes
Files with the “Executed” status appear in the Executed contracts list.
To change the file type or status of an executed contract, duplicate the file and apply the changes to the copy.
The original executed contract will be deleted and stored in the executed contracts deletion log.
