[New] Edit attributes of a executed contract

This article explains how to edit executed contract information in the [Attributes] tab.


Requirements

  • Module: Contract Management

  • Eligible users: All users in a contracted tenant

  • Access rights:

    • Administrator

    • Editor


Edit Information in the [Attributes] tab

  1. Open the contract file information.

  2. For each field, click [Edit] and update the information.

Location

Saved location (workspace/folder) (*1)

Change the saved location of the contract.

Basic fields

Assignee

  • Register one user as the contract owner. To qualify:

    • User must belong to Contract Management / Basic

    • User must have at least Viewer rights for the contract

  • Search by user selection or partial match of name/email.

Internal ID

Internal ID for contract management (max. 50 characters). Only one can be registered.

Voucher number

Register up to 10 voucher numbers (max. 50 characters each).

Custom fields

Custom fields (*2)

Fields added via the [Contract custom fields] screen. Display order follows the settings configured there.

(*1) Saved location can also be changed from the [Executed contracts] list. See [Change the Workspace/folder of Executed Contracts].
(*2) For details on setting up custom fields, see [Customize Contract Management Fields].

3. Click [Save] to confirm changes.

⚠️ Notes

  • Information in the [Attributes] tab is shared across all versions of the contract file.

  • Changes apply to all associated versions.

You can also edit [Attributes] in bulk using a CSV file. See [Bulk Edit Management Information for Executed Contracts] for details.
