This article explains how to pause or resume an existing e-signature integration in LegalOn.
Requirements
Module: Contract Management
Eligible users: All users in a contracted tenant
Administrator role: Module administrator
Pause an Integration
On the [E-signature integration] screen, click [...] → [Pause integration].
Review the details, then click [Pause].
A message “Integration [Setting name] paused” appears, and the status changes to Paused.
Resume an Integration
On the [E-signature integration] screen, click [...] → [Resume integration].
Review the details, then click [Resume].
A message “Integration [Setting name] resumed” appears, and the status changes to Active.
💡 Info
Previously imported contracts will not be re-imported after resuming integration.
