💡Info:
You can export up to 1,000,000 rows when creating an audit log (CSV Export).
Troubleshooting:
Export failed (limit exceeded)
If you are trying to export more than 1,000,000 rows at once, the export will not process. You will know this has happened if both of the following apply:
The status shows “Failed.”
You see this error on the detail screen: “The export could not be created because the number of records exceeded the limit. Please narrow down the target period or target user and try again.”
How to fix it: Split the date range and export the data in multiple batches.
Downloading an audit log (CSV)
1. Go to [Admin settings] → [Audit logs].
2. Click the [Download] icon next to the audit log you created.
The audit log CSV file will be downloaded.
