This article explains how to read the audit log list screen.
Requirements

View the Audit Log List
On the Audit Logs screen, you can check the following:
| Field | Description |
a | Created at | Shows when the CSV file was created. |
b | Created by | Shows the name of the user who created the CSV file. |
c | Title | Shows the name of the CSV file. |
d | Type | Shows the type of audit log (Authentication Log / Activity Log). |
e | Status | Shows the current status of the CSV file.
• Processing: The file is being created. You can’t download it yet. • Completed: The file is ready. You can download it. • Failed: The file couldn’t be created. See “How to Create and Download Audit Logs” for help. • Expired: The file was created, but the download period has passed. |
f | Download deadline | Shows when the file will no longer be available for download. |

Click a log entry in the list to see its details on the right.
Filter
Filter by number of items shown
Click the dropdown at the top of the Audit Log list to choose how many logs to show (50, 100, or 200).
Filter Options
Click [Filter] at the top right of the Audit Log list to narrow down results by:
Log type
Title
Status
Created date
Export user (user who created the audit log)
