Legiit | How to Leave a Private Feedback

Private Feedback is a feature that you can use when you want to share your experience to Legiit admin but not to the freelancer who delivered the order.

It is helpful for situations where customers have concerns but doesn't want to give negative review on a freelancer's profile or service page. Our admins will review them and help resolve any current issues that the customer still has regarding the order.

To make the distinction between a Review and a Private Feedback clear, a Review can be seen publicly while a Private Feedback can only be seen by Legiit admin.

Here's a step by step guide on how to leave a Private Feedback:

1. Go to the Order Page where you have a concern.

2. If the order is already delivered, you should be able to find the option to leave a Private Feedback as pictured below:

3. You can rate the order from 1-5 based on your satisfaction and put additional comments if you wish.

4. It is recommended to add comments if you have concerns that you wish Legiit to look into. Once you are done, click the "Feedback" button and it will be submitted to admin for review.
