How To Get A Refund For A Late Order On Legiit - Cancel An Order

In the rare case that a Legiit freelancer does not deliver your order on time, Legiit gives you the ability to cancel the order yourself and get a refund.

You would go to the order you would like to cancel by navigating to your Menu in the top right corner > under Purchases & Learning click "My Purchases"; click the order number and within the order itself there will be a button to cancel.

Note: The cancel order option will only be available to the customer when an order is late. If an order is in progress, the customer will need to request the cancelation from the freelancer directly. If you paid for that order with:

​PayPal - The amount will be returned to your Legiit wallet and may be used elsewhere on Legiit or withdrawn.

Legiit Balance - The amount will be returned to your Legiit wallet and may be used elsewhere on Legiit or withdrawn.

Credit Card - The amount will be refunded to your Legiit Wallet. You may then use the funds elsewhere on Legiit, or withdraw them.
