Incomplete / New Order
If you have placed an order on Legiit and the order is new or incomplete, you can cancel for a refund anytime by sending us a message or emailing help@legiit.com
In Progress
An order in progress can be canceled for a refund by contacting the freelancer directly.
Customer Support will not cancel an order in progress without the freelancer's confirmation, as they may be working on the order.
Delivered and Completed
An order that has been delivered or completed may qualify for a refund.
A customer can open a formal dispute for up to 90 days of order's delivery and state their case as to why a refund is needed.

Late Order

Where to expect the refund:
If an order you placed via Paypal
The funds will be returned to your Legiit wallet. You may then use the funds elsewhere on Legiit, or withdraw them back to the account used to place the order.
If an order you placed via Wallet funds
The funds will be returned to your Legiit wallet. You may then use the funds elsewhere on Legiit, or withdraw them to Paypal or Payoneer.
If an order you placed with a Credit Card is cancelled
The funds will be returned to your Legiit wallet
