Once you deliver an order, the buyer has 3 days to review it and ask for changes. If they do not respond in 3 days, the order will automatically be marked "Complete." From there, the funds will be in escrow for 5 days, and after the 5 days they will become available to use elsewhere on the site, or withdrawn.
