How do clients submit reviews?

An overview of how to collect reviews with details on how they work

To collect reviews from clients, send them this link: https://applicant.joinleland.com/settings/order-history. Alternatively, head to that client in your coach dashboard. In the “Actions” dropdown, you’ll see an option that says “Request a Review.”

The Leland team approves reviews before they go live. If they have just recently left them, please wait another 24 hours. If it has been more than 72 hours and you still don’t see the review, submit a support ticket.

A client can leave a review whenever they've had a live session with a coach or attended a coach’s event or bootcamp. Clients cannot leave reviews after intro calls. Leland does not remove reviews from coach profiles.
