Join your livestream from the link in your scheduling email or from the Livestreams tab on your profile. You'll be the host automatically. Most sound and joining problems are fixed by closing extra tabs and checking your browser's microphone access.
I can't join or the page won't load
Close any other tabs with the same event open.
Refresh the page.
Turn off any VPN and close apps that might be using your camera or mic.
Attendees can't hear me, or it says my mic is off
Check that your browser has microphone access and that the right mic is selected (wireless earbuds sometimes connect as a separate device). Join a few minutes early to check your sound before you go live.
How do I bring someone on stage?
Once you're live, invite people from the Viewers tab, or accept them when they ask to join from the chat. You can't bring people on stage before the livestream starts. Up to 12 people can be on stage at once, so requests aren't accepted automatically.
How do I add a co-host?
Add your co-host on the first page of livestream setup. You can do this for livestreams you've already scheduled, too.
Is my livestream recording?
The event page shows "Live" while you're recording. If a past livestream didn't record, submit a support ticket with the event name and date.
When does the livestream chat close?
Chat closes 15 minutes after the scheduled end time.
Still not working?
Submit a support ticket with the event name, date and a screenshot. If something went wrong for your attendees, we can help you reschedule and let them know.
