My time balance disappeared—what happened?

If your time balance has changed or disappeared, it’s possible that your coaching order has expired. To check, you can:

  • View your time logs with your coach

  • Visit the Order History tab in your account

If your order has expired but you still need more time, we recommend reaching out directly to your coach—they may be able to extend the expiration date for you.
