Generate an Invoice

The Generate Invoice feature lets you create professional invoices for tenants or clients quickly. Customize dates, amounts, and descriptions for accurate billing, ensuring organized financial management and keeping your records up-to-date.

How to Generate an Invoice

  1. Click on the ’Manage’ tab and select ‘Payment Schedule’ under the Tenants section.

2. Once inside, click the blue ‘Generate Invoice’ button next to the relevant tenant.

3. Fill in the following details:

  • Issue Date

  • Due Date

  • Invoice Number

4. Click the orange ‘Next’ button.

5. Select Issuer and fill out their Name and Address.

6. Click the orange ‘Next’ button again.

7. Review the description and edit it if necessary by clicking on the ‘three dots’ and selecting ‘Edit’.

8. Click the orange ‘Next’ button again.

9. Finally, click the orange ‘Download’ button to complete the process.

  • You also have options to Save or Send the Invoice
