How to create HMO Tenancy Agreement:
Go to the Manage tab, and click on My Tenants.
Click on Generate Tenancy Agreement.
Choose HMO Tenancy Agreement in the Agreement Type and click Next.
Select the tenant, than click Next.
Check the details of the agreement and add the shared facilities, than click Next.
Check the payment details, than click Next.
Check the Notice Periods, than click Next.
Review the agreement. If you're satisfied you can click Download and Save or send it to signature. If you'd like to edit the fields you can click Manage Sections.
