If a student is receiving the Login Forbidden message, there are typically two reasons: 

1. They have not typed in the password and/or username correctly.                               Remind students not to include any blank spaces anywhere in the username or password. Usernames and passwords are also case sensitive. 

2. Students do not have the correct login information.
Double check the student has the correct username and password.
Teachers can click on Students from the left menu, then search for the student. The username and password will be visible in the students panel. Click on the students name for a larger view of Student Details.

We recommend printing out a class list which includes usernames and passwords.
