The Response Analysis Report tracks the number of students that have been assigned and who have completed each Moby.Read assignment. (Each Benchmark and Progress Monitor will have its own reporting column).

Access the Administration Analysis Report:

  1. Click on Reports

  2. Click on the Moby.Read Activities Tab

  3. Click on the reports icon in the desired column. (Tips: Use the Filters button to Filter by activity type to display only Benchmarks or only Progress Monitors. Click on the blue information icon at the top of each column to see the full title for each assessment). Depending on your role, reports can be run at the District, School or Teacher level.

  4. Click on Run Report to the left of the Administration Analysis report.

Interpreting the Data

  1. For a full screen view, click on Open in Tab

  2. The Ready status displays the students who have been assigned the Moby.Read assignment, but have not yet completed it.

  3. The Scored Status displays the students who have completed the Moby.Read assignment.

  4. The bar graph displays the percentage of student who have completed the assignment.

  5. Click the Preview button to experience the Moby.Read Assignment from the student's perspective. Note, the Preview feature does not record voices or save data.

Note: The Moby.Read assessment must be completed in one sitting. Only complete assessments can be submitted for scoring. If the student leaves before completing the assessment, or loses internet connection, they will need to begin that assessment again.

Tip: Click on the underlined numbers in the report to view the students' name linked to the data. Then click on the Responses button to the right of the select student to view their Responses and Voice Recordings.
