👉 The PIN code is a new way to protect your account.
It helps you access key features more easily in the future, without needing extra verification:
- Withdrawals
- Setting limits
- Logging in
Activation only takes a moment.
You can enable a PIN code in one of two ways:
- Activating the option when requesting a withdrawal:
- Activating the option on its specific section:
1. Click on the person icon (top-right on desktop, bottom-right on mobile)
2. Then "Settings.
3. Then turn on the “PIN” button.
4. You will be asked for a six digit code twice. After that, it's done!
👉 If you want to change your PIN Code, you can select the option "Change PIN".
To do this, please follows steps below:
1. Click on the person icon (top-right on desktop, bottom-right on mobile).
2. Then "Settings.
3. Then, in the “PIN” section, you will see the option to change your PIN.
4. After that, you will have to enter your previous PIN. Since you don’t remember it, you can simply click on “Forgot your PIN?”.
5. Select which way you want to reset your PIN (email or phone number).
6. If you choose the phone number option, you will receive a message on the number that is registered on your account (you just need to insert that number). If you choose the email option, you will receive an email on the address that is registered on your account (you just need to click the link).
