There are several main reasons for that:
You might use the wrong data to log in.
Your account was closed.
Wrong credentials and password change
The first thing to do is to change your login method. You can choose between an account number, email, or phone. Please select the one that is more comfortable for you, and you can enter the data correctly and go ahead with the login.
Some apps on your device might automatically substitute data in login fields with the wrong or outdated credentials. Try to turn them off and add the data manually.
If you are getting an error "Wrong account number/email/phone/password" the next step will be to change your password.
Under your password field, click on the "Forgot your password?" link.
In the new window, enter your account's email address or phone number and click on the "Next" button.
You will receive a message with instructions on your email or phone within a few minutes.
Follow the instructions in the message to set a new, safe password.
Please remember the new password or use a special program to save it. Our app recommends using the option "Save password", so you can easily log in next time.
If you can't use the "Forgot your password?" option, please get in touch with our customer service, and we will find a way to fix it.
Closed account
In some rare cases, your account might be closed by our fair play team or after you request our customer service. Please check your email inbox. We always let our customers know by email about account closures.
If there is no notification in your inbox that your account has been blocked, you have likely entered an incorrect password, email address, or phone number. Use the "Forgot your password?" option to set the new password.
