The first thing you need to do is to contact our support team and request a change of email address.
After requesting such a change, our support team will activate the verification process on your game account and you will need to follow the steps below:
Open the "My Account" section in your profile.
Click on the "Verify" button.
On the verification page, confirm your consent to the processing of personal data.
Then please follow the instructions of the system.
To complete the verification process successfully, you need to submit:
- Photograph of your identity document
- Photograph of your face (Selfie)
Documents are usually verified within a few minutes. You will be able to view the status of your verification process in the same section. Once the verification is finished you will receive a notification in the game account in the "Notifications" section. 🤗
