Your withdrawal was cancelled? Please don't worry, we are sure there are compelling reasons for this 🤗.
There are two reasons why your withdrawal request may have been cancelled:
Firstly, you may have failed to meet the sufficient playing activity requirement, or you may have entered incorrect payment details. If this is the case, you will receive an email and a notification with a full explanation of why your withdrawal was cancelled. Check your inbox or the "Notifications" section, follow the instructions and request a withdrawal again ✔️.
Secondly, the transaction may have been cancelled by your payment system or your card issuer. In this case we recommend making another withdrawal request. Probably, there were some technical problems during payment processing.
