I reset my password, but I'm not receiving the password reset email

Please double-check you have entered the correct email address, and check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folders.

When you try to reset your password, we will send a verification code to your email. Verification codes are sent from contact@leonardo.ai. Make sure that you are not filtering out emails from that contact@leonardo.ai in your email filters. If you are on a company email address, please contact your company IT team to make sure to allow emails from contact@leonardo.ai.

I'm trying to create a new account, and I'm not receiving the verification code

I am entering the correct password but it keeps saying it's incorrect

Please double-check that you have entered the password correctly, remember that passwords are case-sensitive. When entering your password it's recommended to use Copy+Paste in order to ensure that you are entering it correctly.

If it still doesn't work then you may have saved the incorrect password in your browser or password manager. Please reset your password using "Forgot your password?".


I am logged in but I can't access my premium features and Tokens

If you can't access premium features or your tokens aren't appearing, you may have logged in with a different authentication method or email address than the one used to purchase the subscription. For example, if you use Google to sign up, ensure you use the corresponding Google authentication button to log in. To resolve:

  1. Click the arrow next to your user profile in the bottom left of the home page (A) to check the email address associated with the account you are currently logged into (B.

  2. If they do not match your correct account details, click Logout to sign out of the current account, and log back in using the correct email address or login method.

If you are part of a Team, you can also check if you are signed into your Team or Personal account and switch accounts. Team accounts you are part of will appear below your ‘Personal’ account and labelled as ‘Team’.
