I am entering the correct password but it keeps saying it's incorrect
Please double-check that you have entered the password correctly, remember that passwords are case-sensitive. When entering your password it's recommended to use Copy+Paste in order to ensure that you are entering it correctly.
If it still doesn't work then you may have saved the incorrect password in your browser or password manager. Please reset your password using "Forgot your password?".
I am logged in but I can't access my premium features and Tokens
It is likely that you are logged into the wrong account, click on your username in the top left to check the email address associated with the account you are currently logged into.
If they do not match your correct account details, click "Logout" to logout of the current account, and log back in using the correct email address.
