How to request for a refund from Customer Support

Refunds are assessed manually by a human agent.

To request a refund, click on the "Talk to a person" button within the chat support to get in touch with a human support agent. Alternatively, you can send us an email at support@leonardo.ai or reach us via the Contact Form here. Please specify "Billing" as reason for contact and the email you use for your Leonardo.Ai account.
