Overview
Top-up Tokens allow paid users to continue generating content after they’ve used up their monthly plan tokens and rollover tokens. These one-time purchases offer additional tokens in fixed amounts, helping users avoid disruptions in their creative flow - whether they need a small boost or want to stock up in advance. Unlike subscription tokens, Top-up Tokens do not expire, are not limited by rollover caps and can be purchased as many times as needed.

How to use Top-up Tokens
Checking your token balance
You can keep track of how many Tokens you have in a few places, including;
At the centre or top right of the page when using certain tools
On the bottom left of the home page, the token count displays above your user profile (A).
Hover over the token count anywhere on the platform for a breakdown of your remaining tokens, including:
Fast tokens (B). The number of monthly tokens included in your plan.
Rollover Bank (C). Learn more.
Top-Up tokens (D). Click Add Tokens to purchase top up tokens at any time.
Note that Top-up tokens are the last to be used and will only be used once all fast tokens and Rollover Bank tokens have been depleted.
How to buy Top-up Tokens
Paying users can easily purchase more tokens in by;
Hovering over your token balance anywhere on the platform as per above and clicking Add Tokens.
Or, Click the Settings icon on the Home page.
Click Subscription and Billing (A).
Under Top Up tokens, click Add Tokens (B).
After clicking Add Tokens, a pop up will appear, allowing your to quickly add the desired amount of tokens and purchase them by clicking Buy Now.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do Top-up Tokens expire?
No. Top-up Tokens never expire and are not affected by monthly resets or rollover limits.
2. Can I buy Top-up Tokens on the free plan?
No. You must be on a paid plan to purchase and use Top-up Tokens.
3. What happens to my Top-up Tokens if I cancel my plan?
Your Top-up Tokens will remain visible in your account, but you won’t be able to use them unless you resubscribe.
4. What happens to my Top-up Tokens if I delete my account?
All your tokens - including Top-up Tokens - will be permanently lost.
5. Can I buy more than one Top-up Token pack?
Yes. You can purchase as many packs as you like, whenever you need them.

7. How do I pay for a token pack?
Through our secure Stripe checkout - supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and credit/debit cards.
8. What happens if I try to use Top-up Tokens as a free user?
Top-up Tokens are locked when you’re not on a paid plan. You’ll see the upgrade prompt (e.g. when trying to generate with no Fast Tokens). Once you resubscribe, your Top-up Tokens will be available again.
