You can setup a new team directly from your profile’s dropdown menu by selecting ‘Start a new team’ or through the subscription page, which offers a Teams subscription option. During the setup, you’ll be guided to choose a team name, decide on the number of user seats, and complete the payment. Once payment is successful, you’ll have access to ‘Team Management’ within your settings, where you can add team members’ emails and set roles, streamlining your team’s creative collaboration.

What is the difference between Premium Plans and Leonardo for Teams?

Leonardo.Ai’s Premium Plans are designed for individuals, offering advanced features for solo creative work in an AI-first platform. Leonardo for Teams brings these features into a collaborative space, with added team management, shared workflows, and IP protection tailored for business needs.

What if someone joins my team after an invoice is finalized?

New team members added shortly after billing will be included in the next cycle. You only pay for members who accept your invite, and you can review any additions before the next billing period.

Can I Keep Generations Private Within the Teams Account or Create A Private Collection?

Currently, all generations are shared and viewable across the team. Private generations and collections are not available at this time, but these features are planned for future updates. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the collaborative experience on Leonardo for Teams.

What Is the Difference Between the Team Feed and the Personal Feed?

The Team Feed and the Personal Feed serve different purposes within Leonardo for Teams. The Team Feed is a collaborative space where all team members' generations are combined, fostering seamless collaboration and transparency. Here, you can see new creations and contributions from every team member, facilitating a unified workflow.

In contrast, the Personal Feed is accessed by clicking 'Your Generations' in the Team Feed and displays only the generations you have created. This allows you to keep track of your individual work within the team environment, ensuring that your personal contributions are easily accessible and organized.

What Are the Privacy and Confidentiality Policies for Teams?

Leonardo for Teams prioritizes the privacy and confidentiality of your projects. We implement strict data protection measures, including encryption and secure access controls, to safeguard your content.
