Can I Keep Generations Private Within the Teams Account or Create A Private Collection?
Within a Leonardo Teams account, visibility controls are designed to support collaboration while giving teams flexibility over how content is shared.
Individual generations can be hidden from the Team Feed using available visibility options, allowing you to work without immediately sharing outputs with the entire team.
Collections are used to organize and group assets for reuse and collaboration within a team. Access to Collections is governed by team permissions and roles, rather than fully private, per-user isolation.
What Is the Difference Between the Team Feed and the Personal Feed?
The Team Feed is a shared, collaborative space where generations from all team members are displayed. It provides visibility into new creations across the team, supporting collaboration, transparency, and a unified creative workflow.
The Personal Feed, accessible by selecting Your Generations within the Team Feed, displays only the generations you have created. This view allows you to focus on and manage your individual work while remaining within the team environment.
What Are the Privacy and Confidentiality Policies for Teams?
Leonardo for Teams prioritizes the privacy and confidentiality of your projects. We implement strict data protection measures, including encryption and secure access controls, to safeguard your content. Only authorized team members can access team projects so that sensitive information remains protected. Our commitment to privacy is designed to foster a secure collaborative environment where your intellectual property is safe.
What Are the Copyright Considerations and Usage Rights?
When using Leonardo for Teams, the copyright of generated content typically belongs to the creator or the team, depending on your internal agreements and policies. Our platform ensures that you retain control over your creations. However, it's important to respect the intellectual property rights of others and use generated content responsibly. We encourage teams to establish clear guidelines and agreements regarding the usage and distribution of generated works to avoid any potential conflicts or misunderstandings.
