Enhanced platform for Seismic and Lessonly customers (GA)

If you followed the action at Shift, you know that Lessonly is now Seismic Learning. This rebrand signifies Lessonly's thoroughgoing integration with the Seismic Enablement Cloud.

The new, unified experience brings together the best of Seismic and Lessonly's product capabilities, improving the user experience and allowing enablement teams to maximize value. This release includes the following enhancements:

  • Learning experience: We've improved the look and feel of Lessonly––now Seismic Learning––resulting in a more modern and cohesive experience across our web and mobile applications.

  • Authentication: One user, one platform, one Seismic. Starting November 1, a new sign in interface allows Seismic and Lessonly users to sign in to all third-party applications using a single direct sign in or SSO configuration.

  • User management: Manage both Seismic and Lessonly users in a single location within Seismic, including enhanced workflows and dynamic group management via smart groups.

  • Data and analytics: Learning data is now integrated with core Seismic data models to power out-of-the-box and DIY dashboards.

🔎 For a detailed breakdown of the changes, including illustrations, please refer to these guides:

AI lesson assistant (Pilot)

The AI lesson assistant consists of three features: the AI lesson recap, the AI lesson generator, and the AI question assistant. Together, these technologies impact every step of the lesson building process from initial creation to the summary of learning outcomes. By streamlining lesson creation and easing its manual burdens, the AI lesson assistant helps teams scale quickly and increase productivity. Documentation forthcoming.

Downloadable path progress reporting (EA)

With this release, customers can download detailed progress reports from a learning path’s overview page.

eLearning question analytics (EA)

This release allows trainers to narrowly gauge learner performance by displaying eLearning (aka SCORM) analytics at the level of individual questions. Learners can easily see which questions they answered correctly or not in order to improve developing knowledge areas. Learn more.

Create and edit lesson templates (GA)

This release allows content creators to use standardized templates when building lessons. Templates streamline the creation process giving creators pre-built content they can easily modify to suit the needs of a given project. Learn more.

Make correct answers visible on learner report cards (GA)

This update allows lesson creators to disclose correct answers when adding answer keys to question and practice elements. When this setting is enabled correct answers are published on learners' report cards. Learn more about answer keys.

Multi-session events (GA)

With this release, customers can now offer instructor-led training events at multiple time slots. Attendees can choose the session or time slot that best suits their schedules. Learn more.

Register for an event in a lesson (GA)
