What happens when a lender changes its criteria? Does the matching update automatically?

How often lender criteria refresh, and what you should still verify before quoting a client.

Written by Kaylan Pepin

Existing matches do not retroactively re-run. When a lender's criteria change, the matchmaking reflects that on future deals once the change is in the system.

Click through the walkthrough above to see the lender profile screen, which is where rates, minimums and criteria are displayed.

Lender criteria live in the platform. We update them when a lender tells us something has changed, or when a broker flags it. The AI matches against the criteria currently in the platform.

Because lenders can change terms on their end at any time, verify critical details like rates and minimums on the lender profile before you present them to a client.

If you spot a lender's information that looks out of date, email contact@levr.ai with the lender name and what you are seeing.
