When you invite someone to a business through the Manage access tab, you assign a role: Business Owner, Collaborator, or Partner.
ℹ There are two different sets of roles in the platform. Business Owner, Collaborator and Partner are business-level roles. Admin and member are workspace-level roles for your own team. They are not the same thing, so a Collaborator is not a member.
Business Owner
The top level role, with full permissions on that business: view the application, fill in details, upload documents, and track progress.
Collaborator and Partner
Both are lighter than Business Owner. They are for people who help on a deal without full owner control, which is useful when you want a client contact or a referral contact involved but not in charge of the business record.
The exact permission differences between Collaborator and Partner are not documented here, because we do not want to describe them wrongly. Email contact@levr.ai and we will confirm what each one can do on your account before you send the invite.
One thing to know about admins
Management group admins have access to every business in their portal. Factor that in when you are choosing who gets an admin seat.
