How do I clean out or archive my old, stale deals, and can I get the data back later?

Levr keeps your pipeline tidy on a simple lifecycle: deals under one month old stay active, deals one to three months old can be timed out, and deals older than three months become candidates for archiving. Training and onboarding deals are excluded from cleanup. Archiving does not delete anything: the deal, all application data, and documents stay in the system, so you can always revisit that client later or start a fresh deal for them without re-entering their information.
