Should I practice with a mock deal before I go live, and will it cause problems?

How to safely practice with a test deal before going live.

Written by Kaylan Pepin

Practicing is a good idea, and the cleanest way is to use a real deal you already have documents for as your first test case. That lets you see AI Autofill, matchmaking, and the application flow working on data you already know.

Click through the walkthrough above first. It shows the whole flow without you building anything, and it may be all the practice you need.

Build the deal, be careful about submitting

Build the deal and run matchmaking to learn the workflow. Be thoughtful about submitting purely fake mock deals to live lenders, because real submissions go to real lender systems. A submitted deal cannot be unsent: the lender already has a copy, exactly as if you'd emailed it.

Use your onboarding session

If an onboarding session is part of your setup, our team can walk through your first deal with you live. Email contact@levr.ai to book one.

Cleaning up afterwards

You can archive a practice deal once you are working live files. If you want specific training deals left out of any pipeline cleanup, send us the deal names at contact@levr.ai.
